    Hu Zhenhan is a director of the People’s Fine Arts Network of China, a member of the Chinese Cultural and Art Promotion Federation, honorary president of the Oriental Calligraphy and Painting Arts Research Association, a professor of the Training Center of the Contemporary Chinese Artists Association, a visiting professor of the World Chinese Exchange Association, an advisory editor of the Hong Kong China International Exchange Publishing House, a contracted painter of Xizhi Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper Contemporary Art Garden, and an invited artist of the Consultant.     胡振汉的花鸟画。文化意蕴厚重而表象轻灵,笔墨华滋,浑然天成,墨气淋漓,潇洒清新,厚实灵动,相映成趣。而且他在绘画上山水,花鸟作品都有涉猎,在山水画上可以看出他很有气魄,大手笔,画出来画气势恢宏,而且善于把握笔墨韵致,在绘画过程中,笔势飞扬,墨色淋漓。使其画作既有传统文人画的古法,又融入个人感悟。胡振汉先生每一幅画所做的布局和立意都一丝不苟,思考良多。深厚而有变化,不知不觉间他精心构建着属于自己的艺术程式。一叶一花的意境,一枝一丛的韵味,无不显示着胡振汉先生平淡而不俗的眼界与胸襟。
作为画家,他深知自己的使命与责任,他以现代人的自觉意识认识到生命形式的更替,艺术的样式,风格不能不变。生命形态的变化,决定了艺术形式,风格的转换。因此,望胡振汉先生引领的中国传统文化又不断探寻属于自己的心灵的笔墨。他走出了某些传统局限,正在向新的艺术高峰攀登。
Liu Wenxi’s comments on Mr. Hu:
    Hu Zhenhan’s flower and bird paintings. The cultural implication is heavy and the image is light and spiritual, the brush and ink are beautiful, natural and vivid, fresh and natural, thick and flexible, and interesting to each other. Moreover, he dabbled in landscape painting, flower and bird works. In landscape painting, we can see that he has great courage, big brush, painting momentum is magnificent, and good at grasping the charm of the brush and ink. In the process of painting, the brush is flying and the ink is vivid. Make his paintings not only have the ancient method of traditional literati painting, but also incorporate personal perception. Mr. Hu Zhenhan’s layout and intention of each painting are meticulous and thoughtful. Deep and varied, he unconsciously carefully constructed his own artistic program. As a painter, he is well aware of his mission and responsibility. 色不碍墨生华辉  博观约取修全能——记著名画家胡振汉
 

    中国画的审美核心,是追求气韵生动的心源体验。把自然物象的客观存在,经由主观心化之后,经由笔墨渲染,酝酿出悦目动心的气韵,让人醉赏流连,这是当代著名画家胡振汉先生的丹青法度,也是业已成功的专业造诣。他的中国画,以宋元文人画的积淀为根源,法取正宗,功成龙脉,在传承与创新的道路上,博观约取,攀越上浑厚华滋,色不碍墨,尽得气韵的境界高度,成为当代画坛诸题精湛的贤才典范。
 
    水、墨、彩的顾映与融合,可以说是中国画的独特技法秘籍,也是中国山水、花鸟表达意像品格的主要手段。匠工山水不能通谙水墨彩的哲学关系,所以水不谐墨,墨不容色,要么对立不和,要么浑然不分,无法达成山水创作写意传神的哲学高度,只有制作范式的呆与板。所在,我们从市面上看到的山水画,多是制作出来的俗品,并不是中国山水的正宗形观气韵。要想看中国山水的真品真韵,还得走进胡振汉先生山水系列,从中感触山有骨,水显逸,云蒸霞蔚,苍杆劲枝的意象之妙。

    他作山水,善以水为器,以墨为道,以彩通构气韵,对“水”的至简属性了然指掌,对水利万物而不与之争的哲学内涵通谙深刻,所以他勾兑水墨,就是水墨之伯乐,干湿浓淡焦五色生辉仅仅是略说,干又因水的巧变,有无数种干法,湿又因水的流变,又有无数种湿法,再加上青绿金碧色彩的和谐介入,一致达成色不碍墨,墨不碍色,相间相融的层次分明,总是意传山水神,综制气韵风,高古唯美,浑厚华滋。水、墨、彩的铺陈之法,被他应用到驾轻就熟,无所不能渲染的,渲染必得气韵的境界。

    写意花鸟是他功立于当代画坛的又一项非凡造诣。鹰立崖峰,威而刚正,如不是款识有别,很容易误认为是李苦禅大师的杰作。画牡丹用色泼辣,施笔立骨,形有质感,神有意象,双佳塑造,雍容华贵,却是艳而不俗,笔墨致雅,完全是跳出了俗笔画牡丹,艳而流俗的旧弊,成为牡丹清新一派的开创者。

    在师法今人的过程中,他吸取李苦禅的刚劲果敢的笔墨技法,也注意吸取齐白石兼工带写的传神奇能。比如喜庆丰收这幅作品,枇杷写意笔墨入神,工笔衬画蚂蚱觅秋露,栩栩如生,兼工带写的全能才华,一目了然。这不由得当人想起了齐白石当年画十二虫谱图,为了一堵众人谓之只会写意,不事工笔的悠悠之口,齐白石以小虫工笔表现写实绝能,结果十二虫册页一经面世,京华尽服,皆言齐白石果然有妙在似与不似之间的写意水准,也有精致画具像不曾欺世的工笔核能!看过这幅喜庆丰收图,就会发现,画不欺人,亦不欺世的境界在胡振汉先生这里也是卓越的建树!
 
    色不碍墨生华辉,博观约取修全能。他的丹青作品,无一例外,都具有馨香可嗅的书卷气,带着传统文人画的极致魅力陶冶人心。画马师悲鸿,水墨内涵与结构精确综构成奋蹄进取的精神气。画竹师东坡,月影萧萧凌云,河汉朗朗悦目。骨法画梅,傲雪迎春,苍茫流丽,大道正气。更为可观的是画葡萄,晶泽剔透,一粒葡萄一天地,不但有可触可碰的质感,并且实有空间感,介入了超强的写实能力,成为笔墨写意却兼铸实质的典范,对于当下绘画审美趋向超写实的时代潮流,他用自己卓越的笔墨表现形式,回答了这样一个课题:水墨超写实,不输油画笔,并且韵胜一层,意满十分!都说葡萄一题在徐渭,其实胡振汉同样是雄才!
