张亚辉，字峻珲、人称“墨神”1985年毕业于黑龙江商学院，现为北京瀚瑞轩书画院院长、中国文化艺术交流协会幅副主席、中华诗词学会理事、欧洲中国书画院院长、爱溢舍文化传播有限公司、艺术研究院院长创始人。英国牛津艺术学院教授、博士生导师。 2008年为第29届奥林匹克运动会组委会，创作完成《神州圣火传递图》《神州圣火传弟颂》纪念邮票。 2014年在德国纽伦堡获世界发明创新展（日出）获一枚金奖。 2015年在日内瓦获世界创新发明展（雄鹰翱翔）获一枚金奖。 2015年在德国纽伦堡获世界发明创新展（爱情福）获银奖一枚。 2015年大阅兵获国宾礼证书，特聘为国务外事国务院国宾礼特供艺术家。 2016年在美国世界发明创新展手绘旗袍获两枚金奖。   Zhang Yahui,the word Jun h, known as the“ink God’’ ,1985 graduated from Heilongjiang Business school， Beijing is now the Han Ruixuan Academy of Painting and calligraphy, Vice Chairman of Chinese Culture art exchange association，director of Chinese Poetry Academy，Dean of  Exchange Chinese Chinese homes Mandarin Communication Co.Ltd .love overflow，Founder    of dean of Academy of Arts，Professor of Oxford art school，doctoral tutor.   2008 for the twenty ninth session of the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games to complete the creation of the “China torch Relay map”，“China torch relay”，commemorative stamps. 2014 in Nuremberg, Germany，the World’s Invention Innovation Exhibition (Sunrise) won a gold medal in the World.In 2015 by the invention of the World exhibition in Geneva(Eagle) won a gold medal of the world . 2015 in Nuremberg, Germany won the World Innovation Exhibition (Love Fortune) won a world silver medal .The2015 parade won the distinguished guest’s certificate of State Foreign Affairs.under the State Council special ceremony for ambassador artist.2016 in the United states in the world of inventions and innovations in the exhibition of two gold medals won the world gold.
